Youth+Us is our signature community investment program, created to support youth, strengthen communities, and create generational impact through meaningful partnerships across Saskatchewan and British Columbia.

We believe that when young people succeed, communities thrive. That’s why Youth+Us supports programs that build skills, confidence, and future-ready leadership.
Many of the youth we support are future K+S employees, or the children, family, or neighbours of our team. Investing in them is investing in our shared future.
Our Approach
Growth & Development
We support programs that help young people build skills, confidence, and leadership, from early childhood through post-secondary. Whether it’s a science camp that sparks curiosity or a scholarship that opens doors, we invest in helping youth reach their full potential.
Wellbeing
Strong communities start with healthy, supported youth. We partner with organizations focused on mental health, sport, wellness, and food security, the essentials that allow kids to learn, grow, and thrive.
Leadership
We believe in the power of tomorrow’s leaders. Through partnerships that connect youth with positive role models or help build confidence in a new skill, we’re helping shape the next generation of employees, neighbours, and leaders.
How We Show Up
We’re flexible in how we show up, offering thoughtful support that goes beyond funding, empowering partners to lead with confidence and make a lasting impact where it matters most.
Every partner brings something unique to the table, and we adapt to meet them where they are. We trust our partners to know what works best for their communities. Our role is to listen, respond, and offer support in ways that are timely, thoughtful, and meaningful.

I’m here to cheer youth on – from sports to art to science, and everything in between.
You’ll find me all over Youth+Us, doing what I do best: showing up, staying curious, and repping the awesome energy young people bring to their communities.
